The law practice of Debra G. Simms, P.A. focuses on the areas of bankruptcy, estate planning, probate, guardianship, special needs law, disability law, elder law, real estate, and family law. She is also a Certified Civil Circuit Mediator, Certified Family Law Mediator, and certified Parent Coordinator in the State of Florida.
Ms. Simms is active in community organizations and lectures on estate planning issues throughout Central Florida. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the Seminole County Bar Association, the Vollie Williams Seminole County Inns of Court, the Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Florida Association of Elder Law Attorneys, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
