Brad started his legal careeer in Naples, Florida as an associate attorney at a prominent estate planning firm where he worked in all areas of estate & trust administration, including preparation of complex estate & gift tax returns, private foundation administration, corporate/partnership taxation matters and probate law. In July 2001, Brad relocated to Daytona Beach, Florida to join his father's established estate planning & tax law practice. Brad's legal practice focuses in the areas of complex estate planning, charitable planned giving, estate and trust administration, homestead and probate, asset protection planning; federal taxation planning including corporate, partnership, trust/estate income taxation, like-kind exchanges; commercial real property transactions; and corporate law.
